About Us
We are legal recruitment consultants and we specialise in the recruitment of permanent positions, full or part
time, for Partners, Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, Newly Qualified, Paralegals, Legal Executives,
Non-Qualified Fee Earners, Management, Support Staff and Legal Secretaries. We recruit for the Private Sector,
Public Sector and In-House.
Our fees are unprecedented; we only charge a fixed fee of £1,950 for all fee earner placements regardless
of starting salary, and £950 for support staff. We aim to bring an end to exorbitant agency commissions.
Compare the industry, with a traditional agency you could expect to pay 25% of the starting salary (example
fee earner £40,000 = £10,000) (secretary £15,000 = £3,750) and if the employee leaves after
just 12 weeks, you are unlikely to get any money back at all. You may even consider using an online recruitment
agency, where you pay a fixed annual fee just to access their database. However, if you recruit less than
three staff a year, you are still likely to pay more in annual fees to an online agency, than you would to us.
To advertise your vacancy could cost about the same as our fixed fee, for example, a quarter page advert in
the Law Society Gazette with no guarantee of a response.
