Specialists in recruitment and legal solutions, we work with employers to recruit permanent staff, full or part time, Partners,
Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, Newly Qualified Solicitors, Para Legals, Legal Executives, Non-Qualified Fee Earners, Management,
Support Staff and Legal Secretaries. We recruit for the Private Sector, Public Sector and In-House.
Our fees are unprecedented; we only charge a fixed fee of £1950 for all lawyers regardless of the starting salary, and £950
for secretarial and administrative roles. We aim to bring an end to exorbitant agency fees.
If you compare the industry, with a traditional agency you would expect to pay 25% of the starting salary (example fee
earner £40,000 = £10,000) (secretary £15,000 = £3,750) and if the employee leaves after 12 weeks, you are
unlikely to get any money back. You may even consider using an online recruitment agency where you pay a fixed annual fee just to
access their database. However, if you recruit less than three staff a year, you are still likely to pay more in annual fees to an
online agency, than you would to us.
