Recruit for law is exactly what what we do, and we think we are very good at it. Our staff and Directors have years of hands on experience in the legal sector, some of them were lawyers, others business owners. We work with employers to recruit permanent staff, full or part time, Partners,
Associates, Solicitors, Legal Executives, Trainee Solicitors, Newly Qualified Solicitors, Para Legals, Non-Qualified Fee Earners, Management,
Support Staff, Accounts Staff and Legal Secretaries. Blimey that is a long list and if we have missed a role let us know. We recruit for the Private Sector, Public Sector and In-House.
What makes us stand out? It's not just the excellent service we provide, it's our fees. We aim to bring an end to exorbitant agency fees, why should you pay ridiculous sums of money for recruitment? We don't think so either.
If you consider that a traditional agency will charge you 25% of the starting salary, so if your new lawyer starts on a basic salary of
£40,000, it would cost you £10,000 before they even start earning you any income. Or a secretary starting on a basic of £15,000 would cost you £3,750. If it doesn't work out and they leave your business, after just 12 weeks you won't get a penny back from most agencies.
You might even consider using an online recruitment agency where you pay a fixed annual fee just to
access their database, but what happens if they don't have anyone suitable on their database, you don't get a refund.
Our philosophy is simple, to be totally transparent in all our dealings with employers and candidates.
