Employers
If you're about to recruit key people for your business, you need to be sure you choose the right legal recruitment
consultants as your business partner. Experienced professionals who understand what drives your business, and your

We will search for candidates that meet your profile and not send you details of those that don't. In order to
ensure we do this, we will establish at the outset, your expectations in respect of; salary range, location,
experience, education and/or accreditations or memberships, prospects, and any other relevant information that
is specific for your business. All CVs prepared by us are in a standard "informative" format.
We provide the same service as all other recruitment consultants, and we have the same candidates that traditional
agencies will charge you a premium for, but we only charge a fixed fee of £1,950 for all fee earner
placements, and £950 for support staff. We aim to bring an end to exorbitant agency commissions

Candidates
You can register with as many recruitment agencies as you like, but which ones are employers keen to use? Not
all legal recruitment consultants can know about all vacancies, or maintain regular contact with employers.
If you register with us you are simply increasing your chances of being considered for your preferred next career move.
We will research all potential positions that suit your requirements and then discuss them with you before you
agree to invest your own time.
